I believe he will get 3 assists and after 9 games he will be sent down to the AHL.
That’s my prediction.
mumbojombo
For a full season, I’d say around 13G-20A for 33pts
Consistent_Toe_284
And please .. keep the expectations realistic for god sake ..
I’m gonna say 65 goals and 47 assists .
pichenet14
Not as many as folks would like.
If NHL: 8 and 15 for 23 pts
If AHL: 15 and 26 for 41 pts
I hope he gets more but not counting on it.
Ok-Space-3803
realistically? around 40 points would be my guess, 10 goals 30 assists if he play the entire season with us. He tends to create a lot of scoring chances but it will mostly depend on if his teammates can finish for him. if he stay third line and he is unlucky 30 points might be closer to what we get.
It’s still his first season as a 18 years old so I don’t expect 50-60 but there is a chance he get there if everything goes right

If he play a full season and hit 40 points it would be good. I think production will highly depend of with who he play. He won’t produce the same playing with dvo and armia than if st-louis put him with caufield and suzuki. My overall expectation would be 25-40 points
mountainpope
around 15 points over 82 games if he plays all of them in the NHL
OlivierLapi
1 goal, 1 assist in 9 games
crookedboone
if he stays in the NHL, I’d say 8 goals, 23 assists

To me this is not important at all. I want to see him progress and improve all the skills he has.

The kid looks great at times, but I noticed a couple of things:
1. he stays too close to the wall without the puck. Especially noticeable when he’s on the weak side wing.
2. He gets fatigued quickly. He’s not at NHL-level fitness. This is exasperated by the fact he’s so far out of the play off the puck because of the above. He puts himself in a position where he needs to work harder and expend more energy – energy that he doesn’t have.
3. Once he’s tired he becomes invisible.
It’s all fitness related and fitness is easy (compared to skill). I’d have started him in Laval, and allow him to work on his fitness while being a productive player. That said, maybe it’ll be good to throw him into the deep end – he’ll be building his fitness every game, in addition to putting work in off the ice.
He’s 50-60 points in the AHL.
Sourlick_Sweet_001
10 goals, 12 passes, 22 pts in 52 games?
frech77
3 and he is sent down after 9 games.
Lucko10
18 goals. 23 assists.

Honestly, I’d be happy with 30-40 points.
Qutiaw14
2 goals in 9 games
prof436

I say around 30points
Kennesty
If he plays a full 82, 10+ goals, 20+ assists. Probably 30-40 points.
SweetHart727
217 points in 9 games played
larryhabster
My guess is 15G and 20A and playing about 70 games.
Capable-Mobile-8260
I think anything north of 40 points would be a great realistic rookie season.
RayPurchase
2g 1a in 9 gp, then 25g 35a in 55 gp in Laval.
Muter91
Probably 20-30
larryhabster
1 more than Wright, I hope.
Grossepotatoe
If he plays the entire season in the NHL I could see him rack up 20 goals and 30 asst. he is the kind of player that learns very quickly and once he gets comfortable and learns to use his body on the smaller ice he’ll be a constant threat. I personally think his ceilling is around a 90pts while being physically dominant (obviously not this year)
Tucker897
Give me 22 goals and 13 helpers.
piecyclops
He won’t play a full season and finish with <8 pts in a smattering of games. If he gets 1 goal this year, it would be nice. His place is Laval for now.
_heybuddy_
I would be extremely happy with a Stutzle level of progression.
BadDaddyN
10-15g 20-25a for 30-40 points.
Would be a great season for an 18yo and I think it’s realistic for him.

For a complete season of 82 games? 15 goals, 15 assists would be good.
backwardzhatz
Might be a hot take, but I think he’ll get about as many points as his goals and assists added together.
