   Yup. Happened to me too. It’s garbage and they won’t refund regardless of them not providing the service they promise. This is exactly why they don’t offer a free month because nobody would purchase long subscriptions if they see how it works. Absolute garbage service and trash company that provides it.

   Watching the SN feed of the Leafs game here in Arizona on ESPN+ and it was almost unwatchable- the audio and video were synced up for maybe 10% of the game. Puck on a stick in the slot and the suddenly the crowd goes nuts. Two seconds later the puck is in the net. Really shitty way to watch a hockey game.

   File a chargeback with your credit card issuer, OP. The issuer of the card that’s being charged, that is.

   If you used a debit card, you’re likely SOL.
