  1. Quick performed how I would expect any NHL caliber goaltender to perform in that game. No gaffes but also no saves that blew me away. If anything, I thought his save technique on the 3-on-1 was questionable. He showed that he's still a good option in net and won't be a liability.

  2. Thanks for another great video! Last night was very disappointing but it's 1 game. What I found most disturbing were the undisciplined penalties incl Fiala's hit to the head, cross checking by 2 Kings, and the many, many turnovers in all zones. I no longer believe the Kings' defense will be anywhere near that of last year in terms of shots on goal and hard to play against. Instead they will score more & allow more goals. I'm worried most about Cal in goal; he has to step up or else we are going to have to rely on Copley or make a trade cuz Villatta isn't ready, imho.

  3. That game was the perfect storm of bad penalties and poor defense. Gabe was a beast. Love his new attitude! Byfield gets and Apple in game 1 so that was a good sign. Just so many mistakes that can't happen.
