  1. Bears are working on turning over the roster. Prior admin didn't help them out either with Leno playing LT for Washington.
Fields still needs to learn what NFL open is. I haven't seen film on Favre early years, when he was throwing all the interceptions, but he needs to learn when his arm talent can get the ball
    to the receiver.

  2. Local media covering up for being supportive in the beginning, and now they want to find someone to blame, because the fan base is upset. If the Bears had won last night, the criticism would have been more muted. Defense is playing fairly well and keeping us in games. The kicking game is scoring and punting has done alright too. Jones should not be returning punts for the rest of the year, cost us a couple of games now. The run game when working is good. The QB is making some top notch throws when called upon, but along with the good comes a few bad ones. Yes, the offensive line is horrible and needs to be reconfigured. Jenkins and Borom have seemingly played well. While the center and left side of the offensive line has sucked. Outside of Mooney the other receivers are JAGs and we need help, but we all knew what was going to happen this year with the hope that next year would be better. Does anyone think we would be better off with Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy and the team they had assembled for this year? Bad salaries, and players that were not producing. We would probably be 3-3, if those two were still here, instead we are 2-4.

  3. Are you guys really surprised? We knew it was gonna be like this. We’re not built to win this season lol

  4. Funny enough I don’t think it needs to be drastic. I think they need to learn how to score more consistently in the red zone and Justin Fields needs to work on understand reads.

  5. How could he have been hearing they're 'this close for so long now', he's in his second year and didn't even play a full rookie season. Calm down and play.

  6. Man I’m a sport commentator but I was saying the same thing to my friends. This was a joke and they should have won last week against the vikings and yesterday against that sorry team called the Commanders. Fields gave them a chance to win. So it not all on him. It the front office and to it looks like they try to tank. I’m not good with that.

  7. Wow Kap is laying it on the line for Poles. Do you think Poles is listening. Fields is not going to make it past game 12. Mentally for anyone to go through what he is going through would be difficult to do and especially as a starting QB.

  8. Bears are broke…..need money for players….other coaches wouldn't accept $15 an hour. I guarantee they won't use the whole $100 million in cap space. They can't afford it. Next year will be just as bad….. Sell the team and walk away filthy rich….everyone wins

  9. Fields has literally carried this offense in the second half of the last two games. He gave the offense a shot to win on the last drive of both games. And got let down by his teammates both times. He’s not perfect and sometimes makes bad mistakes but he’s a young qb trying to grow and gain experience in the worst possible situation. It’s a miracle he’s shown any improvement in this shitty ass offense

  10. ummm Kap, have you watched Jenkins? Hasn't allowed a sack, not sure the hurry or hit numbers, but he is a STUD 6-7 weeks into a new position? and through 5 games no sacks allowed?

  11. Also, Jenkins is a big upgrade from Daniels, maybe with Daniels and him and Borom at tackles they are better…..but Jenkins looked like a solid tackle, he looks like a future All-Pro and one of the best in the game at guard….the right side of the line does, and its even more noticeble after Cody got hurt

  12. Largely agree…but there is no question that Justin is not releasing on time when he has time & is missing open receivers…when they do finally get open. It is ALL THE ABOVE !

  13. I agree that the line has been terrible overall but Whitehair was good when he played and Teven Jenkins has been very good. By no means does this exonerate the line or say that the struggles are entirely Fields' fault. Just giving Jenkins and Whitehair credit where credit is due.

  14. Nothing but hard truth’s. Respect guys, I’m glad someone is calling it down the middle.

  15. Man, I'm a life long bear fan I lived through bobby douglass Mike Phipps Bob avallini Gary huff & was still a proud loyal bear fan after last night's embarrassment & 2 titles in my life ( I was 3 in 63 I don't remember that one) I'm starting to become ashamed to be a bears fan & that's fucking sad cuz I don't know how to root for another team I don't want to. Forgive my candor but goddamn it. When is it going to be enough. Give us a title we Bear fans deserve it.
