Honestly a huge shoutout to the refs for handing this to buffalo. Why would you call a play dead in an 8 man scrum with refs involved? That would be silly.
Dear Senators fans, goodbye. As an honest, unbiased Senators fan since 1776, I have finally opened my eyes and realised just how small and insignificant this team really is. So that’s why I’ve decided to support the Panthers, a relevant hockey team. Time to finally win some cups!
I’ve been a lifelong Senators fan since 2015, and I can say this is the most embarrassing moment of my life. I’m ashamed to be a Senator right now so I’m turning in my fan card. Goodbye Ottawa. I won’t miss you. I’ll be rooting for the Kraken now since they can actually run a program.
The refs are so bad all over the NHL. This has to be the worst non-call I’ve seen so far. That gets called dead 100% of the time no brainer. I dislike both teams but damn that was brutal.
Note to all: If an opposing player lands a legal check, pile up on him, preferably with the assistance of the refs. Make everyone think play has stopped. Proceed to score. Works 60% of the time, all the time.
As a Sabres fan, What the hell are the Zebras doing? letting that play continue. All but 4 guys on the ice are fighting…. That play should have been blown dead at neutral ice.. and they didn't even call a penalty on Buffalo. What a gift.

Scrappy team Buffalo. The results are few and far between now, but the effort is there. Never heard of this Houser dude, he looked solid in goal.
