Should Campbell have played better, Yes, did the D line once again leave our goalie out to dry showing 0 drive? Of course, but Stu was insane. This team has the ability to be a top team, but they show zero ambition in the first period consistently, last game and last season. I know it’s only game 2 but old habits are returning. And the amount of puck watching, and playing passive defense, make a hit get the puck, they’re just creaming us in our zone.
Great review, onto the next.
Two more games to go! And to mention that the Flames haven't built chemistry yet. It was a nail biter, Go Flames Go!
Just a note, first goal by flames was not by Lindholm, it was by Backlund.
It is what it is. But Soup was awesome and so was Skinner. I'm not worried about it. Brush it off and move on.
