    As a Wild fan, It's not just Fluery. The team in front wasn't playing Defense. Yes his numbers are sketchy right now, but if the Wild go back to their defensive play in their zone things will work themselves out. Not clearing a puck 1:40 into the opp pp is a sure fire way for it to end up in the net.

    Good list as always, it’s hard to say much after two games. One thing I’d say is that Pittsburgh should be in the first row and Toronto should be in 9th. Penguins are 2-0 with both games being blowouts. Given one was Arizona but the other was TAMPA. The penguins look like a whole team that’s motivated to make this season count, Crosby looks at the top of his game and Malkin looks like he’s recovered from whatever was going on with him last year.

    Toronto lost to MONTREAL and won over the Senators. Based on these two games I’d give the edge to Pittsburgh. I’m aware that this early is more down to what’s on paper than what happened on the ice, but Pittsburgh looks better than The Leafs in my opinion

    Devils have to hang some of this blame on goaltending. They BADLY outshot the Red Wings. That's not a gameplan failure, that's a goaltending failure.

    Nobody should be surprised if gaudreau doesn't amount to much this year. He's a very opportunistic player with the points he gets, he never works for it, and his general lack of work ethic for the game of hockey is going to see him drop off before he turns 30. Buddy doesn't give a fuck whether or not his team even makes the playoffs.

    Lindy started Holtz and Sharangovich on the 4th line with McLeod last night. Those fire Ruff chants were well deserved.

    As a wild fan Ik this is a huge stretch but I would have liked to see Talbot as starting goalie and Fleury as backup. Of course I don’t think Fleury would want that but idk.

    Can someone tell me why a team would start late? Like are they showing up to the rink late and taking forever to dress? What did calgary do to punish them? Can they force a forfeit? or?

    normally im pretty much agreed on how you tier list falls, but i think you are boosting the west way too high… honestly other than colorado no team in the west should be in the top 10… the west could fold if they moved colorado to the east and they rest of the west could serve as the minor leagues

    I’m a sharks fan but they’ve allowed 14 goals in 4 games and have only had 5 goals. Been rough and I only expect it to continue but hey Aslong as we end up on the bedard sweepstakes

    I would buy a Dancin’ Larry puck if the Rangers offered it. Like not even a cartoon of him, just a photo. Like his passport photo, just a dead serious generic photo. And no Ranger logo, just his face.
