1. Big effort but Rust and E-Rod sick, no Malkin on the power play… really too bad. Clinching this way could have almost been like slaying last year's dragon.
ETA Looking at the stat cards for both teams side by side and didn't know whether to laugh or cry

  2. The shootouts really don’t seem to be a strength for the Pens. Would be nice to see some different moves not just shoot it into Sorokins gigantic glove. Like to see Rakell and Matheson get a turn.

  3. I really don’t know why Letang is always taking the third shot. Please use the forwards that we keep acquiring in the shootout.

  4. Once again the Pens goof it up in the defense and rain on a great performance by DeSmith (other than the two soft goals). So many brilliant moments by the Pens then they choke…

  5. I get that this team has had super high expectations for like 15 years, but relax. Every team has bad stretches. Doesn’t matter if your the thrashers, or the 70’s habs. Your going to have down moments. This is a great hockey team, and I can assure you, nobody is excited to play us in the playoffs.

  6. Josh Bailey is a pest to the Pens.
This was a well deserved point but keep losing and it's the wildcard vs. Carolina.
    1st round exit, most likely

  7. As always. Very poor editing on a easy to edit video 😂. Absolutely no reason to not put the entire shoot out in the video.

  8. This game became an absolute gong show after that penalty on beauvillier. Pens scored, then a weak even up call , and then the refs decided to swallow their whistles

  9. How about you don't spoil the result in the title? Anybody with a brain can figure out why.
