That was awesome. Obviously the first two periods had some issues, but what a third. Ovi finally hulked out. Carlson had a game. Strome continues to look like one of the best values of the offseason. Mojo making plays like it’s six years ago! Kuzy with three apples and strong play. And though the defense and goaltending was iffy early, we actually have a real guy now, someone who can help turn a game around if the energy for a comeback is there. Nice work, DK.
I don’t buy into much of the early season highs and lows, but I’m legit excited about this Caps team, and have been since July.
