    Please, no Joe Will. No Wilson Jr. Time for an external candidate to clean house, ie. Get rid of Roy Sommer! Get rid of Boughner! Get rid of a lot. All new outlook.

    They need to do what Vancouver, Montreal, and Edmonton did this season. Shake things up and get a coach who will get the most of the talent he's given to work with and inject some new philosophies.

    Plattner is a fine owner. Allows the hockey and business ops to spend to the max and stays out of the way, but he is needing a ROI. It will be essential on these next few months…

    The Sharks need a up and coming, bright assistant GM from another organization, that has been through a rebuild and now the team is a cup contender now, ie, Carolina, Tampa Bay and Colorado for example, someone outside the organization with new and bright ideas, good thing that the Sharks have a great owner who is not afraid to speed to the cap.

    I don’t know how anyone can have negative feelings towards DW. Kept us competitive for nearly two decades and also had some shit luck with recent deals that people are rightfully complaining about.

    The new GM has to clean house immediately or as soon as possible with upgradeable replacements. There are several Hockey Operations Department staff members who have not lived up to their billing over the last several years. An overhaul of that department is needed. Time to move on from the establishment. The establishment is not working anymore.
