I still cannot watch them play but I watched the replays and it looked like Campbell made some really good saves!…I’m happy for that!
it's funny, i was prepared to say, the refs were on the oilers side, in the end, the refs were more on the canes side, crazy calls.
Oilers have developed a neat ability to allow grade A shots against during a PP from the last half of last year, and it seems it's still in effect. Good that they also are Great on the PP themselves, but that's an issue I bet WoodCroft would like to have stopped. Mcleod is living up to the hopes, looks a lot more assertive/confident now over last year. Right on! Good Win!

I caught an instance, I think it was somewhere in the third, where Nurse got/had the puck in his own end, and he started to do his usual moving around with it, and there was Kane, and I'm pretty sure I heard him say pass the puck. You see Kane's value? Nurse's moving around in their back end like that gets him into trouble, lots of time. He's going to make Nurse up his game.
David must have the dreaded long haul Covid.
Offense was great tonight, defense and goaltending was shaky. We will take the 2 points against a pretty good Carolina team.
