Chytil, Lindy, and Kakko? That’s insanity. No way to I see this happening. Marner would replace Kakko’s spot in the lineup, but who do you replace Chytil and Lindgren with? I don’t want any part of this.

This isn’t a reliable source it’s most definitely not happening. Also the cap just wouldn’t work for us in this deal.
We’re currently sitting at a cap hit of about 83 million post Lafrenière extension (we all know about what it will be 2.25-2.75). We add 1.33 million in cap space for this deal so now we’re at about 84.5 million one million over the salary cap with just 12 forwards and 6 defensemen. Now we need to move Goodrow and then we will have about 2.5 million dollars in cap space. But we need to sign another forward who will probably need to be our 3C because we don’t have anyone in our system that is ready to take that role this next season Bonino is no longer a 3C so who’s going to do it?
